Allied Autism Group is a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to improving the lives of individuals and their families. Founded by Cindy Conley, MS BCBA, and autism mom of two, Allied strives to provide the highest quality, evidence-based, effective services to each family we serve. Allied values providing therapy in a fun, enriched way, keeping our clients excited to work with our staff.

CINDY CONLEY, MS BCBA
Our Founder & Director
Allied Autism Group is an autism family owned and operated agency, that was founded by Cindy Conley, MS BCBA. Cindy has worked in the human services field for more than 20 years. Cindy found the field of Applied Behavior Analysis when her oldest son was diagnosed with autism at age 5.
At that time she researched the most effective treatment for autism, found ABA, and enrolled in her Master’s program two weeks later. While completing her Master’s program, her younger son was also diagnosed with ASD. Cindy received her bachelor's degree in Sociology from Rowan University, and her master’s degree in Psychology from Kaplan University (now Purdue). Cindy’s desire to assemble a group of dedicated professionals who always put their clients first, led to the creation of Allied Autism Group.

BCBAs
Allied employs talented Board Certified Behavior Analysts from varied backgrounds. It is our belief that having a diverse team of BCBAs allows us to provide the best services to our clients and their families. All of our BCBAs are committed to providing the highest quality of services while upholding our core values of assent, person-centered, compassion, empathy, outcome-driven, integrity, and collaboration.
ALLIED AUTISM GROUP
Registered Behavior Technicians
Every behavior therapist at Allied holds their certification as a Registered Behavior Technician from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Our technicians receive extensive behavioral training, CPR/First Aid training and certification in Safety Care. Allied Autism Group understands that the quality of our Behavior Technicians effects the success of our services. We are committed to the education, training, and support of our staff allowing us to provide the most highly skilled therapists to our families.
