POSITIONS
BCBA
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst position is either part-time non-exempt position or a full-time exempt position. The BCBA will provide assessment, treatment planning, direction, supervision of the provision of services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. BCBAs will provide services within the clinic, home, school, and community. BCBAs are responsible for the provision, and documentation of the required supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians. This includes being responsible for the performance of the Registered Behavior Technicians on their treatment teams.
POSITIONS
Registered Behavior Technicians
The Behavior Technician can be either part-time (10-30 hrs./week) or full-time (30-40 hrs./week) and is a non-exempt employee. The Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician will be providing Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and adolescents with autism or other related developmental disabilities. The Behavior Technician will provide services in clinic, home, community, and school environments. Behavior Technicians will act as a contributing member of the client’s treatment team. Behavior Technicians will apply the principles, and interventions in each individual treatment plan.
